• Visual Thinking Strategies and Sculpture

This course aims to expand understanding of our visual perceptions. Using art, primarily sculpture, it will aid in developing critical thinking, and visual literacy skills. By examining meaning making through observation and discussion of the visual arts, it hopes to facilitate conversations that lead to measurably increased observation skills, evidential reasoning, and speculative abilities. It aspires to engender the willingness and ability to find multiple solutions to the complex problems of our lives.
